Peter Page is delighted to announce the launch of a new collaboration with Todhunter Earle Interiors. The collection comprises four versatile designs, in a range of warm neutral tones, that are immensely usable across any interior. Todhunter Earle have celebrated the freedom that a Wilton loom allows with a clever combination of velvet pile, Brussels weave, wool cut and loop pile – resulting in subtly interesting, textural designs with Avebury, Farnborough and Dauntsey. Winfield is woven in a Tip shear which, once tufted, is hand sheared to catch only the slightly proud yarns, giving the carpet an ‘unmanufactured’ soft look.
Todhunter Earle Interiors and Peter Page came up with the idea of collaborating on a collection of carpets after Kate and Emily found their studio struggled to source simple designs in suitable colour ways that could be used across interiors in both the city and the country. This collection aims to plug that gap whilst combining great quality products with refined design in a reflection of the feel and ethos of Todhunter Earle projects. The colour palette of vellum, putty, biscuit, mole and cloud was carefully selected to ensure it would suit a wide range of differing interiors and could become that go-to collection – used again and again.
